I think this band has made alot of progression from their original 'street-punk rock' sound. On this release you have some neat well crafted rock songs. A step in the right direction...I believe.

This is pretty good. I don't know if I would say that it is as great as the other reviewers. For some reason, it seems a little forced. That may be because of production. It tends to sound a little over-polished. I've had this CD for about 10 monthes now. At first, I was listening to it quite a bit. The songs are catchy and played well, but it didn't seem to have much staying power.

Great CD. A little different from Numbers, but still great in its own. Tons of sing-a-longs. Had it since it came out and still on heavy rotation on my iPod. If you don't have it you need to.

This CD rocks! Take the Swinging Utters, add some Dropkicks and stir in a little old school Business, and you have the Briggs! Can't wait to see them live!

Hell yeah. This album gets an easy five stars. The Briggs are one of the coolest bands out there. If you have only heard their old stuff, get this! If you have only heard this, for Sid's sake get the old shit. If you don't have Numbers, get Numbers. This album is catchy.

A way different sound. I liked the rougher voiced lyrics and the older stuff. Hard to make the transition from "Numbers" to this CD.

I am so happy that this album came out. Its a totally different Briggs than i have come to love, but it was no trouble loving this cd. All the power and anthematic rock songs you have come to expect. The biggest change is the vocals. No more throaty singing that you got with Numbers and previous releases. They remind me somewhat of the Street Dogs vocally. I wasnt even sure it was the same guy until i checked the booklet. I guess he wants to keep his vocal chords after he is done with this band. "Back to Higher Ground" and "Everyone's an Actor" are two fantastic tracks. This is definitely one of my top favorite releases this year.

Perfect, literally as good as this could be. When I heard 2 of these songs on myspace, I got the feeling that this was gonna be a step down for the briggs, but I was wrong. This is their best release, and maybe the best release of the year. Every song is great, its tuff to choose favourites, they're all equal. If you like this band at all don't hesitate to buy this.
