Hell Songs

Hydra Head

Released on August 8, 2006

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

If you're not familiar with Providence, RI's Daughters, ask yourself this: where the hell have you been? They've basically injected grind and all manners of extreme heaviness with a much-needed dose of lube, style, and danger. This is their second album, following 2003's "Canada Songs". "Spaz-core aficionados Daughters are always on the road, cramming peoples' eye holes and ear holes with blasts of high-density noise"- "Excellent spastic grind and discordant chaos" -

this cd is awesome, the vocalist has stopped screaming and kind of sings/drawls...which is a little weird at first but after a good listen it fits is still extremely intense with major spazz-outs+time changes, but a few mates dont like the if you prefer your scream then canada songs is a better choice but give this time n youll fall in love with it.

I like this band. They're original, spastic and intricate. The vocals are a lot more tolerable on this album. The songs don't sound exactly the same as the last like they did on Canada Songs. This cd is awesome.
