SET YOUR GOALS formed in 2003 in San Francisco, CA to create an original sound by combining fast, melodic guitar parts, crowd-friendly sing-a-longs, and "real life" lyrics which are easily relatable and relevant. The contrasting dual vocals of Jordan Brown and Matt Wilson allow for variation beyond the norm and a chaotic live show which has become storied in the band's young career. SET YOUR GOALS and Eulogy have an extremely ambitious outlook for the band's future. While speaking about life in a full-time band, singer Jordan Brown said, "Éright now, this is better than anything else we could be doing with our lives." Reset is the band's first offering for Eulogy Recordings.
The MCD includes their original 5-track demo, a cover of JAWBREAKER's "Do You Still Hate Me," and is enhanced with interview and video footage from their 2005 U.S. tour. This is a great introduction to SET YOUR GOALS and leads-up to the band's forthcoming full length CD debut in summer 2006.
