Another Breath

Not Now Not Ever

Rival 7

Released on May 18, 2004

Two years in the making, the debut release from up state New York's ANOTHER BREATH is finally here. Recorded at God City Studios with Kurt Ballou of Converge fame, the release is well worth the wait. At times taking cues from the lyrical urgency of Strike Anywhere and the intense delivery of Give Up The Ghost, the vocals serve as any awakening for those of us lulled to sleep by the routine of our daily lives. Musically the band takes it's roots in hardcore punk and builds upon them with layered guitar harmonies and a definite rock n roll influence to create a much more complex sound rarely found in most young hardcore bands today.

Awesome awesome awesome cd. If you love fast slightly melodic punk/hardcore similar to Champion, Carry On, Blue Monday etc. then I highly suggest you get off your ass and pick this up right now

These guys are modern hardcore with a heavy 80s style influence...I cant but think of The Exploited and Crass when I listen to these guys. This is straight forward hardcore without all the prettyboy bullshit and all the pretense. In the vein of Modern Life Is War-Ruiner-Killing The Dream-This Is Hell. The lyrics are intelligent which is always a big factor in me liking something. I can definately recommend the 2 CDs by these guys

Great disk, too short. I can't wait for their first full length to come out. This cd does not disapoint at all, if you like your hardcore fast and hard this is it. Awesome vocals, and just enough melody for even those that are not normally into this genre to enjoy. Highly recomended.

super good! they've got that really sincere hardcore sound that i love so much. really loud, good, catchy bass lines with a dark twist. really good. this is a must have for any of you that like good, passionate hardcore. cd is a little short though but it keeps the energy flowin.

Seen them a couple of times. Great Hardcore Band. Wish there were more songs on the cd. Can't wait for another release. Anyone who thinks they like hardcore should get this.
