Loud About Loathing EP

Sabot 9

Released on November 9, 2004

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

For those unfamiliar, NMB is a punk band from the Mid-Atlantic region, comprised of somewhat attractive dudes who have all been in other bands you've heard of. Their songs are catchy and fresh sounding, with a fair dosage of "woah"s to keep you humming the songs to yourself for days.

A good EP. I like this EP more than This Is Satire. Full of gang vocals and sing along choruses NMB have once again made a great album.

Really great CDEP. I think even Wagenschutz appears on this CD. The songs are tight like you expect. I think this was a nice step in the NMB evolution on the way to my favorite album (of theirs) "This Is Satire"!

This is a great little ep. 6 short and fun punk songs to sing along to at any hour of the night. Jason's voice is great as always, and theres the gang vocals and stuff that make it fun for everyone. Id suggest buying this if u like great sing-along punk rock.

I like short songs and short albums. This fits the bill. That singer from kid Dynamite is heading this band and honestly I like them just as much as the legends. If you like gravely vocals and straight up rock get this. Melodic and fast with ridiculously insightful lyrics

Kind of ulta-poppy and slow when compared to their first release. It never really grew on me, but that may just be due to the feel of the album- its just average in my opinion. The lyrics are boring, and the music itself is just background fuzz.

buy this if you like None More Black, even if you like Kid Dynamite you should buy it. Jason Shevchuk's vox are better than ever on this short and sweet release.

Loud about Loathing=Loud, catchy, punk rock. It's a six song EP that will keep u singing and havin' fun. They did change half of their lineup, on this time out, and u can definetly hear the change. My top anthem on this bad boy would have to go to "Peace on Mars, Cause You Ain't Gonna Get It Here".(the clap part is where it gets downright sexy) This however, did not come over "File Under Black" which i thought was a bit more tuneful than this. Still good shit, and i would hit it up. ha

When I first got this EP, I couldn't get into it as much as the "File Under Black" album.

How things have changed in the few months since I've had it. This cd has grown on me like foot fungus on a locker room floor.

This EP is more melodic, not nearly as fast, but it's also mighty good. The songs are super catchy and Jason's voice sounds better than ever. "Genuine Malaise & Misery" is probably my favorite track from this disc, but the opening guitar riff of "Oh, There's Legwork" is a thing of beauty.

If you're a fan of good melodic punk, this EP should be right up your alley. It leaves me anxiously awaiting the next full length.

this EP is alright. not quite as awesome as I had hoped for after "file under black", but not terrible. I'm hoping they can crank it back up a notch for the next full length. The first song is pretty wicked pissa though.
