Unsinkable Molly Brown
Let Fly To Fail. CD

One of the best local bands I have ever heard. A very inventive mix of ska and indie. Really could of went somewhere if they hadn't of called it quits not too long after there one and only full length was released.

Songs To Fan The Flames Of Discontent (Reissue) CD

Refused at their best. Full of youth angst and aggression, yet mature and passionate this is the perfect release. Every track has something new to offer while keeping the bands deffinitive sound. An absolute essential to any collection

Versus The World CD

A pretty shitty band if you ask me. One or two descent tracks, and a mediocre attempt at an Ataris song are the only songs worth any time at all. Another typical band from king fu

Closet Monster
We Re-Built This City CD

This is Closet Monster at their peak. unfortunately they broke up shortly after this album was made so a full length was never released to follow up this superb EP. Making this their best album

Hope, Inc. (old) CD

This Cd is a fuckin joke. Instrumentals are abosolutely horrendous and the vocals sound like a dying animal. These guys shouldn't quit their day jobs. This is a prime example of people with no political knowledge trying to spit out political philosiphies. Total shit, don't waste your time

Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence CD

Glassjaw's definitive album. Pure intensity from start to finish. Not a second of filler on the entire CD. Every song is full of passion. Glassjaw is one of the few remaining bands in their genra worth listening to.

Big D And The Kids Table/Drexel
Shot By Lammi CD

Big D at there best.A bit of a different sound here, but that is to be expected with all the lineup changes. Only four of the ten guys from this cd are still with the band. But still very good. Their tracks alone are worth five stars, plus eleven good tracks from a band i previously had not known was an added treat.

Catch 22
Keasbey Nights CD

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. The only word to describe the genius that was behind this little beauty known as Thomas Kalnoky. After he left Catch 22 never recovered, which is unfortunate.

Broadways
Broken Star CD

Was 98 a great year for music or what! Catch 22 Keasby Nights, The Ataris Look Forward To Failure, and of course The Broadways Broken Star. Brendan Kelly's best band and that is saying a lot. A total masterpiece from start to finish. One of my absolute favorite cds. Much better than anything the Law Arms or Honer System did (the two bands this band split into)

Unsinkable Molly Brown
Put On Your Dancing Glove CD

Great local band! The vocals took a little getting used to. But they really had somethin going for them, too bad they broke up to go to college.
