Who can I contact if I have questions?

If you've already placed an order with InterPunk, the fastest way to get answers to your questions is to log into the customer service part of our site and view your order status. You will see the option to send us a message from that screen. We respond to those messages before regular e-mailed questions. If you have not placed an order with us yet or do not have an account before you can email us at sales@interpunk.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If I place an order, or even just open an account, will I get unsolicited e-mail from anyone because of my interactions with InterPunk.com?

No! We do not sell, share, trade or show anyone your e-mail address or anything about you. We consider all information you give InterPunk.com completely confidential, therefore you will never get junk e-mail or real junk mail because of us.

How do I update my e-mail address or other account information?

To update your e-mail address, shipping addresses, password or other account information, click on Account Information on the left side of the main Customer Service screen, after you are logged in.

Released May 24, 2013What does this new image mean?

The new image above is displayed next to an item on the search results page if an item has a release date within the past 3 weeks. If you hold your mouse over the image you will see the actual release date. For music and video items the release dates on our website are the official release dates set by the manufacturer. For clothing and other items, the release dates on our site are the dates we started selling them.

What does it mean if an item says "Various" colors?

For most clothing items we put the color of the item in parenthesis (). If our supplier does not send us a consistent color, we put (Various). This does not mean we have more than one color in stock for you to choose from. We will ship you the color that we currently have.

How can I view or buy an item if all I know is the Interpunk item number?

Using the search bar on the top of our website, change the search option to "Item #" and then enter the item number in the search box.

Do you have a size chart for t-shirt?

Yes we do. To view the size chart, click here.

Why does the image on Interpunk show a logo on the back on a t-shirt, but the one I received didn't have it?

Some shirts on Interpunk show a logo on the back for a band or label. Some suppliers can change that at anytime so you may receive a shirt that does not have the logo on the back. We usually update the images on our site as soon as we notice a change.

Who writes the descriptions for each item on our website?

InterPunk staff writes the descriptions for all items EXCEPT: Music Items, Video Items, Zines, and Books. The descriptions for these items are mostly provided to us by the record labels or distributors that we buy them from. The ideas or opinions expressed in these descriptions do not necessarily reflect those of InterPunk.com

Do you have a printed catalog?

No, we do not. Since we so many items in our store, printing a catalog would be too costly and would raise the prices of our products. Plus we add hundreds of items each week to our store and dozens of items go out of print each week so a catalog would be outdated before we could even mail it to you.

Can I sell my band's CD or record (7", 10", LP) on Interpunk?

Yes you sure can. Check out InterPunk Direct.

Do I need a poster tube if I order a poster?

Posters come in a variety sizes. The size is listed (in inches) in the title of each item. While a few posters come pre-folded, most are not. If you would like the unfolded posters to arrive at your house unfolded, then you will need to buy a poster tube. There is a poster tube for U.S. and a separate one for International (Non USA) orders. Please make sure you select the right poster tube for your order. What if I never received my order and my package is returned to you?

If we receive your package returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a reshipping fee.
