Kid Dynamite - Shorter, Faster, Louder
On their second full-length, aptly titled Shorter, Faster, Louder, KID DYNAMITE once again proves that they are one of the most exhilarating bands around today. Produced by Steve Evetts (SNAPCASE, SAVES THE DAY, DEADGUY) at New Jersey's Trax East Studios, Shorter, Faster, Louder is rooted in an affinity for early '80s hardcore that's both straightforward and powerful, yet it is one of modern hardcore's most progressively realized works.

the best blended punk rock/ hardcore album of the nineties hands down. My favourite hardcore album of all time. SUre its not your 80's hardcore.... i get it. im not trying to say it is. anyways this album i give 10 stars out of 5 because it just rocks that much. you have to listen to the whole cd because individual tracks are short and the flow of the CD is magical. don't ever put it in without listening to the whole thing. and since its only a little over 20 mins long you have NO EXCUSE. Philly is the new borough of punk rock. keep it alive philly! even tho 2 of these guys are acutally from jersey hehe. check out paint it black, none more black, the loved ones, lifetime, la grecia. this is my favourite cd of all time...for the punkrock / hardcore genre. Jay shevchuk stole the audition for the band hands down and its no wonder. he is the #1 vocalist in punk to day hands down, covering all the essentials: the rasp, the off tone melodies, and he can actually sing tooo!!!! + kid dynamite shows typically lasted bout 20 mins because he absolutely killed his voice every show. dan yemin and dave and michael rock your sox off in this album.

One of Philly's best hardcore punk bands, Kid Dynamite delivers with this record. The bottom line is, if your a fan of fast, melodic hardcore do yourself a favorite and pick up this record. You can't go wrong with Dr. Dan Yemin!

I lost this cd some time ago and new i needed it again but there isn't much more to say about Kid Dynamite that hasn't been said except for the reminder that A. Kid Dynamite Kicks ass, B. If you haven't heard them and you like punk or hardcore make them your next purchase, and C. They kick ass (didn't i mention that?). But seriously if you are looking into Kid Dynamite then make sure to get Kid Dynamites "Kid Dynamite" first. Also the dvd that just came out is a must buy for any fan (mostly because of Dave Hause.

I'll admit right now that I got into Kid Dynamite through None More Black. NMB is one of my favorite bands, so I was hoping for more of that sound with Kid Dynamite. While being quite a bit faster than NMB, as long Jason was on vocals it still sounded good. If you like Kid Dynamite, give a listen to None More Black

Maybe the best post-Lifetime hardcore/pop-punk album ever. The entire album is fast, powerful, and fun and never gets old. This is the sound that so many bands are trying too duplicate right now, but nothing ever compare to what Lifetime and Kid Dynamite created.

This CD is really damn awesome. Not as good as self titled, but still better than most other albums ever.

The second album by Kid Dynamite lives up to its title 100%. More of the same perfect hardcore as the first album, it's sad that they had such a short existance. If you need more check out Paint It Black and Lifetime, you won't be disapointed.
