This is a pretty good cd. Matt has a really cool voice, and the lyrics are great. Best songs would be "Stupid Kid, Trucks and trains, and steamer trunk.

well i must say i havent listened to much of the earlier stuff but this is a great album, one that i will keep in the cd player for quite a while. Although there are maybe one or 2 songs i tend to skip every now and then this still makes for a great cd. Buy it now.

This is the best album from Alkaline Trio, whether you are a new fan or old. No filler tracks at all, just 12 kick-ass songs. I would definitely buy this if you could only buy one album from Alkaline Trio.

I don't think this is the best Alkalne Trio album but be sure that it does not disappoint! I mean common, their previous albums were so awsome its gonna be almost impossible to beat. They've managed to keep up the dark power and the lyrics that are a hell of a lot better than your stupid basic "my girlfriend dumped me, why did she have to go" crap that you get from bands like nfg. Not every track is awsome, but most of them are really great. Take lots with alcohol has a totally awsome drum intro, stupid kid, crawl and bloodied up are also great songs. I would advise anyone who's not an absolute perfectionist to give a shot.

Well i thought the cd was decent, was definately not as good as older alkaline trio stuff but there were some good songs, Private eye and Crawl especially. Not a muxt have, but if you like face to face and jawbreaker, this cd s great. otherwise get their older dtuff, goddammit espacially.

Best album of 2001....with close runner ups Fairweather "If The Move...Kill Them" and The Movielife "...Has A Gambling Problem" (just my opinion). They do it again they manage to put out another album raw, dark, poetic, pop punk. Not their best album but still a masterpiece in its own right. Best Album of 2001 hands down.
