Do You Remember? 15 Years Of The Bouncing Souls
Released on February 18, 2003
|
This is a double-DVD set including a one-hour, 40-minute documentary plus over an hour of extra footage and shorts, over two hours of live footage, and six music videos. Over the past 15 years, THE BOUNCING SOULS have released five full-length records (on Epitaph, BYO, and Chunksaah), toured four continents, played with their childhood heroes, and struggled with obscurity, homelessness, and breakdowns (mental and vehicular). Luckily, they brought a video camera! The DVDs are encoded 'region zero' for world-wide viewing.

This DVD is great, the documentary tell us the all story of the souls, the ups and downs of their career. The live acts are also cool to watch, not because of the sound quality ( that in some cases is very crapy ), but because we can observe the evolution as musicians...

This DVD is a must have for any Bouncing Souls fan. It captures the whole essence of the Souls. I wish everyband put out a movie like this. I think it's more in depth, less dramatic, and so much funnier than any VH1 behind the music show. Buy this DVD!!! PLUS 6 VIDEOS & 50 LIVE PERFORMANCES!!

I gained tons of respect for the Bouncing Souls from watching this DVD. So much information old and new, brought to you first hand by all the members. The behind the scenes material is great, and I enjoyed every single minute of it. It also includes all of their music videos which is of great quality. Just being able to go through struggle and triumphs with them has given me so much respect for the band and made listening to them all that much more enjoyable. For those who haven't had the chance of experiencing the scene in the 1980's or for those who wish to re-live the events, this DVD is strongly recommended.

The Absolute best dvd documentry I have ever seen. From start to finish its amazing. It opens your eyes on how far a band will go to do what they love to do! If I could go higher than 5 stars. Just amazing.

I liked this; it has a lot of information and cool footage of new/old Souls. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because all the interviewing reminded me a little of Behind the Music -- I would have rather it been more home video or live footage.

Personally, I am a huge fan of these kind of punk documentaries. Especially if it's about the Bouncing Souls. In addition to being both interesting and funny, it's got tons of live footage where they play almost all of their songs. I recommend this to anyone with a DVD player.

Awesome, covers the souls whole career, its killer. Its sad to see some of the stuff they played, in front of dead teenage kids and even one time when theres about 6 people there. If you are a souls fan this is a definite. If you are sort of a fan, this will make you an absolute die-hard. Buy now. Its great.
