Silverstein - Discovering The Waterfront
With influences ranging from THE GET UP KIDS to THURSDAY and MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE, SILVERSTEIN is a melting pot of musical creativity that shines in every moment of Discovering The Waterfront. The powerful melodies and gut wrenching screams of vocalist Shane Told evoke the pain, struggle and emotion of the lyrics, expressing raw heartbreak and frustration. With Discovering The Waterfront, SILVERSTEIN delivers an album that is both musically intense and emotionally honest. Discovering The Waterfront is set to make SILVERSTEIN the heroes and champions of the post-hardcore and emo mainstreams.

Ya, I agree, the first two reviews were from two dumbasses. Honestly why would you buy the cd if u didn't like the first one. The cd is awsome, they didnt change their sound much but it's really great music from silverstein.

Ok... So you other 2 guys are fucking idiots if you don't like this CD or Silverstein for that matter! If you hated their 1st CD why'd you get this one then? Yes your right they didn't change they're sound on this CD it's much like their 1st but it's just as great. These guys are the best at what they do any other bands that come out that sound like them just wish they were silverstein. Nobody can rock like these guys. Great CD if your a fan of silverstein get it if you hate their 1st cd I wouldn't get this then. It sounds like a continuation of "when broken is easily fixed" Look out for the new Every Time I Die, and the new BLED CD's those are gonna be sweet!

Why is this band where they are at? Why did everyone like their first CD so much? It was awful, and when I listen to it I get to the near point of torture trying to make it through the boring emotionless songs. They are all so fucking fake. This singer needs to give up. He can't think of an original melody for his voice if his life depended on it. Same shit as the last CD. Victory hypes this shit up so much and people just buy it over and over. "Meet Your New Favorite Band". Wow. How much more dumb can you get? Anyways, I guess I was a sucker cuz they offered me a free shirt, I got sucked in. But hey kid, DON'T BUY THIS!! It's boring. It sucks. Don't waste your money.

This cd is mediocre at best. Silverstein hasnt changed musically or in any other way at all. I'm sure part of it is because since their last cd came out i've heard about 10,000 shitty bands that sound the same and got sick of it. I was hoping they would try to break new grounds and change things up but they didnt, the only track thats worth listening to is "Defend You." Save your money and buy the new Curl Up and Die cd.
