| Sloppy Seconds sounds like good mix of The Vandals and the Vindictives, especially with the vocals where I could swear B.A. and Joey Vindictive are long lost brothers. The lyrical content is pretty stupid and juvenile but hey I enjoy some quality low-brow humor in punk rock every once in a while. Good times! |

| This album is a great party record, even though some of your friends may want to leave after you spin this. Then you may have to evaluate your friendships with those people. While you do that, play this motherfucker loud and set up an appointment with the plastic surgeon to remove the shit eating grin off your face. |

| This album is old school but it still holds up today. B.A. wrote clever, brutally honest, and humorous lyrics for this album. It truly is the sound of four people who don't give a fuck and don't even give a fuck about not giving a fuck. |

| What can you say? IT'S SLOPPY SECONDS!!!! The only good thing to come out of Indiana or Indianapolis ever. Songs based on horror movies, beer, and general fun stuff. This is what it's all about. Pure rock and roll! |

| This is a great CD! It really took me back to a time where punk rock seemed 'real'! Sloppy Seconds have a great 'raw' old-school punk rock sound. When I hear this music, it really reminds me of why I liked punk rock in the first place! It had nothing to do with mainstream culture and it was truly an underground movement by people who loved good rock and roll. Get this CD and you will remember why you liked punk rock music in the first place! |

| This is one of the albums that really made me like the whole punk rock thing. So when they remastered it I had to give it the Pepsi Challenge with my old copy on Metal Blade. It does sound a little different, especially Germany. The guitars are more distinct and you can hear it much cleaner. The extra tracks are all found on The First Seven Inches and then Some. I was hoping that the version of Human Waste would be the acoustic version, but alas it isn't. I personally do not like how they updated the sleeve, but I know I am just being anal.
These songs are just so well written it makes you wonder why these guys aren't bigger than Jesus. |
