This is a must have for any Green Day fan. It is one of my favorite cds and i just finally got around to buying it. It is definatly well worth the money. So if you haven't bought it then you should.

This is a really great green day record, its their earliest one and has some of their early vinyl recordings on it too, so thats pretty cool.

i think green days style on this record is a little different, it doesn't seem to have the same melodic feel that you'd get from most other green day records, but i still feel that this is one of their best (just behind insomniac)It has a much less produced sound to it which i think is very good and works well with this record.

my favorite song on this cd has to be "only of you" that song is so fuckin great, definately my favorite green day song ever.

peace, Con Man

ok so i just bought this album for the 2nd time becuase i traded my old one to my friend for strung out's "twisted by design" awhile back, but it's all good because now i get to review it on interpunk. :) i don't really know what to say about green day that hasent already been said...um let's see...their big and famous...they didnt change their style to achieve success...their music fuckin rocks...um...well that's just about all i can think of. all the people who don't like becuase their sell out's are kinda stupid...if you were in a band, you'd sell out, their famous becuase they deserve to be. stop trying to tell your self green day sucks because their big and start enjoying one of the better bands of our day, buy this and everything else including warning. ok you dont have buy the international superhits if you don't want, but get everything else.

p.s. i saw them at the pop sisaster tour and they fucking rocked...billie joe is just about the punkest mutha fucker i have seen on stage... and i ve quite a bit of stuff. blink 182 couldnt hold a candle to these guys, and saves the day just plain sucked. thats it im done. (whew)

2/11/2002 by Kris from Kingston, MA Rating:
ive always loved green day, buy only knew of the commercially popular green day. this cd is better than anything i have ever heard from them. i love everything, and it gives a more raw feel which i think is one of the defining elements of punk. this might not be what brought them success, but it is what got them going. if you love green day like i do, or just socal type pop punk, then give this a listen. i found it to be well worth the 12-odd-dollars it cost me.

2/5/2002 by Andrew from Union Beach, NJ Rating:

12/20/2001 by Tom from Los Altos, CA Rating:
