the first song on this sounds like some brutal systemofadown wanna be, and sucks ass./ but then the rest of the cd is pretty rad death metal. it's heavy raddness. vocals arn't everything i hoped for, but the back ups rule. the music is basic. i'd go 3.5 out of 5. close 4. nothing mind blowing on this. but still rad.

Technical metal fused with heavy ass breakdowns, I enjoy this cd alot. The singer has great range, musicianship is great, filled with blast beats and all. Corrosive is getting alot of good bands like Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes The Red Chord, As Hope Dies, Nehemiah and so on. 5 out of 5

this band is fucking amazing. awesome grind/tech death metal. from the start to finish, this is my album of the year so far in 06'. the song-writing is so crisp throughout. there is not a weak song here and this album doesnt let up from start to finish. so many bands feel the need to throw in one "slow" song or have that moment of clean-singing that seems more textbook mainstream metalcore (crap), but veil of maya dont sacrafice anything on this album while keeping each track unique from the next. so many great parts on this album that add up into honestly one of the top albums in metal this year. youll be doing yourself a huge favor by checking these guys out.
