Really didn't like this. I have read several zines singing the praises of these guys, but I don't get it. They sound like a tight band, but I just can't get into the songs. The zines compare them to D4, but I don't hear it at all.

I discovered this band a couple years ago, and really liked them, but then i forgot about them for awhile because it was before this release. but Im really glad i found them again because this album is amazing, its short (17 mins) but it doesnt matter, 1. its fukin punk rock 2. every song is great. and when i didnt think it could get any better, i actually read the lyrics and its very well written.

Banner Pilot, in my opinion is the best upcoming midwest style band out there right now, or damn best band period. and i cant wait for there full length.

BUY IT! its only 6 bucks!

I gotta agree with everything that's been said so far. Awesome album, awesome band; reminds me a lot of D4. Definitly check these guys out.

yea yea minneapolis represent!!! these guys are fucking great! they sound ALOT like rivethead, but thats because the bassist is from that band. but also this sounds like sorta a broadwayish feel to it, like, old brendan kelly. its really fukcing good. aiigh, heres the best comparison, take dillinger four, and have brendan kelly when he was 20 years old fronting. along those lines. this is midwest punk rock at its best

Pretty good cd. They are another one of those Screeching Weasel esque bands but instead of doing the poppy 3 chord Weasel style it's more of the aggressive angry sound. They are really good and it's a solid release but it's nothing new and unfortunatly for them the best bands of this style of punk have already come and gone. Pick up if you are looking for a new cd with that type of sound.

Banner Pilot play an enjoyable variety of Midwestern punk with raspy vocals and interesting lyrics, in the lines of The Lawrence Arms and Dillinger Four indeed. Despite the similarities, they still manage to sound young and refreshing.
