This record, along with the self titled 7", are destined to be classics someday. Formaldehyde Junkies play the kind of hardcore that you just don't hear anymore. Fast paced snotty hardcore punk with rock n' roll solos just like you remember it from the early 80's...only they are a current band! As far as modern bands go, Foraldehyde Juknies can be put in the same group as Career Suicide and Street Trash. Get this while you still can!!

7/10/2006 by Howard from Bethesda, MD Rating:
Truly, the saviors of modern hardcore. The best '80s punk record that isn't from the '80s. Get it, you won't be disappointed, especially if you're into the whole Minor Threat, GI, Negative Approach, FU's kinda thing.

5/15/2006 by Cameron from Gateshead, United Kingdom Rating:
Now thats what I call U.S. Hardcore ! No Metal No Emo ! Just stripped down rippers like those early New Bomb Turks 7"s meets The Fix. Looking forward to hearing the new one on Fashionable Idiots Records.

1/30/2006 by Adam from Glasgow, United Kingdom Rating:
These guys certainly wear their influences on their sleeves, but when they rock this much, who's complaining! Taking elements from 3 crucial early '80's scenes (Boston, D.C. & Detroit) and melding them together to make 6 ripping trax in about 6.5 minutes. Trebley guitars + fast-as-hell drumming = great!! Derivative? Sure, but ---- the snobs. This keeps an old(ish) man happy and his girlfriend complaining! 50 CENT can wait, baby. Hardcore still rules!
