Hope - Feeling Like A Buck Fifty
HOPE's 2nd release on LameAss Recordz is sure to blow any previous fans away and gain a buncha new fans. The recording quality is miles beyond anything they have released before and the songwriting skills are through the roof. But once again, dont let a description sell you a cd. Just listen to the mp3, if you like what you hear then its all good and you should buy the cd. If you dont like what you hear, then simply dont buy it.

If you are looking into buying this cd, chances are you heard HOPE on one of those many punk rock compilations that they are on. All those songs are killer and they come off as an amazing, bad religion-ish kind of fast aggressive band...they really arent anything like that. Its total hit or miss on this cd, the songs that are good are REALLY GOOD. but the songs that arent good REALLY REALLY SUCK. I think these guys should stick to the speedy skate-punk and quit with that terrible pop crap they play. There are some awesome songs on this cd, but not worth the buy to just listen to the 5 good songs out of 14 or whatever. number 2 is an amazing song though. That song alone deserves the 3 I rated the cd

Pop-punk, Hope kind of reminds me of pulley for some reason. Not big on pop-punk but this is a catchy cd and I do listen to it time to time.

Damn are these guys good! One of the greatest underground bands I've heard in a while. Every song is great and it's an album that you can listen to the whole way through. I highly recommend this. check it out!

I'll agree that not all the songs are like "scared to fly", which is an awesome song, but it's a kickass CD all the same. Well worth the money!

Well the MP3 on InterPunk, "Scared to Fly" really threw me off on how good this band was."Scared to Fly" is a great song and when i heard it, I instantly bought this CD. When I got it though i listened to the whole CD and truly only really liked that one song. There are a few other alright songs but this CD is pretty lame. Not a good purchase on my behalf.
