This punk classic screamed onto the scene in 1996 bringing the anthems for a new world. Every song rips and destroys! This record is punker than a mohawk. You will sing along even if you're too cool! the band explore even more punkness in this one, going away from the structured, sophisticated sound of "the good the bad and the argyle" into a full fledged street punk sound that echoed the voices of the kids on the streets - high energy, fist slamming, punk rock! ...pray my brother, pray!!

I finally bought this on CD. I've had it on tape. I love old Bouncing Souls stuff. Real unique sound. They don't really sound like any other band. "Born to Loose" and "Ballad of Johnny X" are the highlights.

1/3/2007 by Dallin from Lakeside, AZ Rating:
This is good if you're a big Bouncing Souls fan, in which case you probably don't need my review. If you're just getting into the Bouncing Souls get Anchors Aweigh (brilliant CD).

8/7/2006 by Tom from Spokane, WA Rating:
awesome cd. its alot harder than their newer stuff but still melodic. this is one of my favorite punk cds i own and i would recomend it highly. respect.

5/23/2006 by Jarrod from Horsham, (vic), Australia Rating:
Yeah it good...but im gonna sell it on ebay now that I have the live album coz the best songs are on that and the rest I can live without...plus I want the money, altho 'Born to Loose' on this sounds WAY better than what it does on the live cd, I love the souls but only get it if ya a die hard fan otherwise just get the live record. Restepa!

4/16/2006 by Dave from Newtownards, United Kingdom Rating:
Great Souls album . I'm a huge fan and I reccomend that if you're just getting into the souls pick up How I Spent... first or their live album. However this CD still has some great songs that are now classics such as Argyle, Lamar Vannoy, The Ballad Of Johnny X. Great album just not their best. I'd say fans of bands like Dillinger Four, None More Black, Jawbreaker will def like this Party Hard!

3/6/2006 by Thor from Fairmont, MN Rating:

8/6/2005 by Adam from South Croydon, United Kingdom Rating:

2/18/2005 by Carrie from Churubusco, IN Rating:
FUCKING AMAZING CD!!!THE BEST SOULS ALBUM RELEASED TO DATE. Every track is a great, from the first chords of Lamar Vannoy to the closing lyrics of Johnny X. Catches the pure essence of the Souls and forces it out of your stereo every time you press play.

9/3/2004 by Luke from Westmont, NJ Rating:
Definitly not the best Souls album. I actually dont find it very good. Has one or two good songs but really not anything like their newer stuff. Reccomended for Bouncing Souls fans, but not as a first choice.
