In all honesty, I was pretty disappointed by this album. All the songs sound the same. Period. It sure is a good song that they play 20 something times on this album, but it gets kind of boring nonetheless. The live tracks have bad recording quality, but that's to be expected. The lyrics are basically indecipherable. However, Antioch Arrow is quite a classic band, and I'd recommend picking this up if you're interested in the 90's San Diego art-punk scene, and this album epitomizes early art-core. Fast, spazzy, weird, and artsy. The vocals are mostly inchoerantly yelled. If you're into that kind of deal, I'd also recommend picking something up by Clikatat Ikatowi, because they are awesome. Not really as spazzy or intense, but another great San Diego art-punk band nonetheless.

This CD is pretty cool, love the artwork and also the live tracks are pretty spiffy as well. Get this if your into hardcore emo like Heroin, and if you've bought this, get "Destination" by Heroin as well, its amazin.
