If you're a fan of old school hardcore or more specifically old school D.C hardcore, this should be at the top of your shopping list. Both albums here, great in their own right, combine to create an incredible disc. The first record is more straight forward hc than the second one, yet by no means typical in any respect. The second one is definitely more experimental and probably one of the more well rounded records of the era, combining elements of rock, reggae, and later D.C like Rites of Spring and Embrace. Both halves complement and supplement each other pretty well and form an excellent and creative c.d with lyrics and music that is both catchy and intense. I could probably write a couple pages on this c.d but in order to keep this as concise as possible I'll sum it up by saying this record is amazing and needs more ears listening.

Sometimes i give out five stars when they really only deserve four but this band deserves about 7 stars . This stuff is really amazing and every song (besides the last one ) is a stand out track . It is really innovative punk rock , one of the most unique and underated bands of all time in my opinion . after a couple listens you'll be singing along to every song .

This Cd is so good! And plenty of tracks to keep you happy! The best songs are probably 'came without warning', 'influenced', and 'ultraviolence'. Buy this cd now!

A generallly unsung hero of early DC hardcore, Scream pound out the beat with intensity just as good if not better than their contemporaries. Noise that will make you pound your fist and make you want to send an I LOVE YOU brick through a cop car... and they can play too! Not a necessity for me and early hardcore... but a plus! So if you need somethin to stomp the pavement to ... GET SCREAM NOW YOU WEENBAG!
