Jenny Hoyston, vocalist of Erase Errata, debuted in April with her 7"/Cdsingle "Getup" to her new full length "Lines are Infinitely Fine". 10 songs of the most ingenious development of lo-fi electronic post-punk rebirthing traditional sounds in ways that are incredibly of their own accord and progressively advanced.

In the same musical progression that Arto Lindsay and DNA took, Paradise Island/Jenny Hoyston pushes avant punk boundaries once again reviving mimetic shards of Fred Frith and Suicide, adding minimal beats and a plethora of instruments. Her EP as an introduction to the sounds and distortions of her full length were transcendental but further developed more around her diversity of vocal ranges, harmonies, and rhythms.

This album is about providing a new sound in definition of what is considered already experimental. And although strongly reminiscent of Erase Errata, she pushes her guitars, keyboards, drum machines in uncharted territory gracefully. An amazing and compelling record, a true genius Jenny Hoyston is.
