Chicago has been tops in churning out some of the best pop-laced, high octane punk rock bands for well over a decade. Since 1999, MUCH THE SAME have carried the torch of Windy City punk with their catchy hooks, assertive vocals, bold attitudes, and dynamic stage presences. MUCH THE SAME temper their precise songwriting talent and fresh, infectious melodies with plenty of old-school power, creating a punk sound that intertwines traditional sensibilities with modern tendencies. Driven by their love of playing and loyalty to their band and its music, MUCH THE SAME's potent work ethic has kept them on the road and in the clubs on a constant basis. Their shows have spanned the spectrum, from appearances in the most underground clubs to consecutive performances on The Warped Tour. Pre-production for their Quitters was handled by ANTI-FLAG's Chris #2, and the album's recording and production duties were handled by Dan Precision

| it was hard for me to really dig this album. the music is really technical at times, very fast paced which i liked. i think they lost me with the vocals, and soon the songs are not distinct enough from each other. almost boring after a few listens. buy strung out/propagandhi/88 fingers louie instead, beacause that's what these guys tried to do. |

| Much The Same!! For someone who doesn't know this band, this CD is a must have. Every song on it have something new to bring; fulfilled with nice vocals (and backs vocal too) and very "fast" Punk musical side. Buy this cd without questioning, you won't regret it!! |

| Well, this is one CD that I wasn't in some way disappointed with. Straight up energetic rock and roll. I find myself putting this record on way more than I should, and singing along to the whole thing. A great buy for someone who is longing for the surf punk of the early 90's. |

| Much the Same is from my area so I've seen them 3 times. They have never once disappointed my and neither did this CD. This record is AMAZING and I would recommend it to anyone who loves fast tempo music. Every song on this CD is well written. It's hard to come by music like this anymore.

| this band is brilliant. they've got talent, they've got instruments and they've got an amazing album. its mainly punk rock/skate punk, but with a weaker voice in chorus which makes it almost seem pop punk, but this is good as it makes you want to sing along.
for fans of: Belvedere, Strung Out, A Wilhelm Scream. |

| this is some pretty good shit. they are a very talented band. they play some very good punk rock. not really comparable to many bands. my favorite song is probably conclusion. i love the fact they are on a-f. it makes me feel good to see such a variety of bands that i enjoy like anti-flag, the unseen, much the same, the methadones, new mexican disaster squad, and all that stuff. |

| Great release from this chicago band, solid, mid-tempo, guitar fuelled punk, great song structures with mostly heartfelt, personal type lyrics sung in a manner that tells you these guys believe in what they are doing.....Watch out for this band, surely they are destined for bigger things....Definitely a winner, get it now or miss out |
