126 Inches Of NOFX (Gold Vinyl)

Fat Wreck Chords 252

Released on April 24, 2012

Sorry, but this item is no longer available

126 Inches of NOFX? What does that mean, you ask? It's actually quite simple (if you memorized your multiplication tables back in 2nd grade you'd have it figured out by now), it refers to a box set containing 18 classic NOFX 7"s. And here you thought it was some sort of reference to NOFX as John Holmes or something, and really, with titles like S&M Airlines and Heavy Petting Zoo in their catalog, who could blame you? But no, in this case it's simple arithmetic, folks. 18 glorious 7"s including extremely limited and formerly out of print titles, one previously unreleased title (exclusive to the set), and a bunch of other classic NOFX jams all combined into one collection. The track list is a whopping 82 songs! Oh, did we mention that all 18 of the 7”s will be on colored vinyl too? Gold! Talk about a sound investment in these unstable times. You know gold never loses its value, right? Well, neither does NOFX vinyl. It's far rarer, yet surprisingly more affordable. As if the contents of this box set weren't sweet enough, all the vinyl masters have been recut using high quality DMM, resulting in far superior sound. Still not satisfied? There's a limited edition NOFX logoed 7" slipmat included too! And, if you call our toll-free number within the next 15 minutes we'll throw in a free set of steak knives! Actually, that bit about the knives isn't true, but the rest is. One last thing, 126 Inches of NOFX is limited to 1800 copies and it will sell out, so get it while you can.

7”s Included in Box:

1. The PMRC Can Suck On This 2. Liza and Louise 3. Don’t Call Me White 4. Fuck the Kids 5. All of Me 6. Timmy the Turtle 7. Louise and Liza 8. Pods and Gods 9. Surfer 10. Fat Club 11. 6/12/2012 by Karl from Toronto, ON Canada Rating:
If you're a vinyl collector, this is definitely the most affordable way to get a hold of the majority of NOFX's 7" catalogue. This collection, however, does not include all of their 7"s which is a bit of a bummer. The 7" slipmat is really cool. I just feel sorry for all the elitists who went out of their way to get these separately.

5/3/2012 by Luke from Worcester, United Kingdom Rating:
A sweet box set. Some tracks that are not available anywhere else. The exclusive 7"s are very early ep's: Thalidomide Child from 1984, s/t from 1985 and So what if we're on mystic from 1986. And the slip mat is pretty cool.
