Pennywise return to their true home – and return to fine mid-90s punk-rock form – with All or Nothing, their incendiary new collection of twelve songs. Writing with renewed passion and commitment, the legendary Hermosa Beach foursome seamlessly integrate new singer Zoli Teglas into their fearsome sonic assault, playing harder and faster than ever to deliver their best album since 1997’s Full Circle.

This album is straight up high energy fun! Very anthem-y and catchy. It sounds like they picked up the energy that Rise Against dropped. And even though I miss the original vocalist, Zoli is more than sufficient in replacing him. I have been a fan of both Pennywise and Ignite since the 90's, and I have to say, without a doubt, that this is a marriage made in punk rock heaven. I am very happy with this CD and I hope to hear more from these guys with this line up. I rate very few albums 5 stars, but this one surprised me with just how damn good it is. Great soundtrack to summer CD!

To me, it’s really not their best album. Even from the late 90s (REASON TO BELIEVE, for example, was far better). First, the general sound isn’t dirty enough. Especially the guitar sound, which sounds more like an electronic sound than an electric one, and which makes me sometimes think about FROM THE ASHES, but above all about the pop & trendy sound of the last RISE AGAINST albums (to me, their album which sounded best was LAND OF THE FREE, and the one which sounded worst was THE FUSE). Then, a lot of melodies are really too pop, and so are some of their choir. Only one REAL PENNYWISE great song : All Or Nothing. So, “back to the roots” ? Not all all !

Zoli you rule ! VERY CATCHY ALBUM !! I was septical about this album with Zoli but NO. For fans of old stuff. Good job guys \;;/(-_-)\;;/

5/6/2012 by Alice from Swansea, United Kingdom Rating:
Glad to hear something new from Pennywise, and I love Zoli on this album, although it did seem that his vocals were limited (nowhere near the level of Ignite, in my opinion). Great album nonetheless, and so much better than Pennywise's last release. I hope Zoli stays with PW, I can see 'em going far with him.

5/6/2012 by Chris from Tiburon, CA Rating:
Releasing a Pennywise album on Epitaph without Jim is the closest to actual blasphemy as possible. But when i heard that Zoli from Ignite was taking over vocals, i found myself exited. I kept listening to those amazing vocals from "Our Darkest Days" and not only imaging the PW classics sung by him, but new songs i've yet to hear. The only way Pennywise could continue with out Jim, was with Zoli. But the strong points of All Or Nothing have little to do with Zoli. These are the best batch of Pennywise songs written since Full Circle. My only complaint is that (and they've admitted to this) the guys from Pennywise wouldn't let Zoli use his vocals to their full capabilities. His vocal patterns in Ignite are those that could've been some of the most amazing heard in punk music behind Fletcher. However, it is still of fucking great album.
