We are excited to announce the sixth release of our Under the Influence series. The series finds bands we love recording songs that have influenced their song writing. The artwork is being done by the very talented Mitch Clem and Nation of Amanda who has been asked to make his own renditions of the album art that the song being covered originally appeared. For this fourth release, Andrew Jackson Jihad are covering "Two Headed Boy" by Neutral Milk Hotel and Cobra Skulls are coving "Subterranean Homesick Blues" by Bob Dylan. The 7"s will come with a coupon that will allow you to download the tracks as mp3s. The 7" will be pressed as an edition of 2,000 copies.

One of the best UTI seven inches. An awesome song by Andrew Jackson Jihad, although i've never heard the original. Cobra Skulls do a good cover of a Bob Dylan song that's kinda short for my liking. My seven inch came on half-black half-white vinyl.

AJJ did a really good cover of NMHs "Two Headed Boy" and the Cobra Skulls (who i'd never heard before i got this) did a kick ass cover of "Subterranean Homesick Blues" by Bob Dylan which i've always thought sounded kinda punk and needed a good punk cover.

This 7" was my introduction to the "Under The Influence" series, and it was so great that I immediately ordered all the rest. How's that for a testimonial?
