I waited until about 15 - 20 full listens to this before I wrote to ensure there was lasting value..... and there definitely is. In my opinion this is one of the best punk albums of '08. If you like Sick of it All, Black Flag, Rancid, or the Clash and are looking for something new this band is a glimmer of light. In short, the album is heavy with just enough melody to keep fans of all styles excited. The musicianship is excellent and really quite unique. The lyrics are meaningful and most importantly punk - something that most bands seems to forgo these days. This is really an exceptional record, especially considering other recent Hellcat releases. If you, like me, often feel that punk might not be what it used to be - buy, burn, or steal this album and get excited that there is a future for real punk rock.
