| Very much like their last record, Disconnection Notice, Hello Destiny is an overall disappointment. The record presents very little creative growth and lacks everything that makes the band good: solid hooks, sing-along choruses, style changes, rocking songs with split-second timing. A few ok songs but overall it sounds like a collection of B-sides that weren’t good enough to make their better records. Start with the self-titled album and Stomping Ground. |
