Demon Hunter - Storm The Gates Of Hell (Special Edition)
Demon Hunter, as seen on MTV’s Headbangers Balls and on the cover of Revolver, has crafted their most elegantly melodic and yet blisteringly fast and thrashy album, set for a November 6th release. The bands fourth studio album “Storm The Gates Of Hell” reunites them with producer Aaron Sprinkle (The Almost, MxPx, Anberlin) and mixer Machine (Lamb of God, Every Time I Die). The fans (or “Hunters” as they prefer) who have tattooed themselves with the band’s iconic logo (demon skull with a bullet hole through it's forehead) are joined in their anticipation by the metal masses at large. The album will prove why AOL Music called Demon Hunter one of the 10 “Artists to Watch.” This is the hard rock album of 2007. Be warned!
SPECIAL EDITION CD/DVD INCLUDES:
A) Special packaging
B) 2 extra tracks (“No Reason To Exist” & “Grand Finale”)
C) DVD making of the album, interviews with the band, making of the video &
brand new “Fading Away” video.

yeah this is the best that christain metal has to offer. i still don't understand why these guys haven't broke into the mainstream yet. that is a good thing however. we still get them all to ourselves.

I pre-ordered this c.d. and I havent stopped listening to it. Its an amazing cd, D.H.'s most diverse album to-date. It has some amazing punk-rockish tracks such as Thorns and fading away, emotion filled carry me down, triumphant i am you and follow the wolves, and of course face-melting metal such as storm the gates of hell and Fiction kingdom. As for the bonus material the 2 extra songs are pretty good but not quite as good as the rest of the album and the dvd has an interesting documentary on the c.d. and a decent music video. (and a photo album) All and all this album reaches my top 10 favorite albums of all time, its not D.H.'s best my favorite of theirs will always be summer of darkness.
