AVEC formed in 2003 and hail from Baltimore, MD. A real band’s band, AVEC has consistently amazed show goers with their energetically emotive performances. The vocals duel between Shawna Potter’s whisper to roar and Brooks Harlan’s honest tenor melodies. They also both trade off angular guitar lines for plastered chords. Drummer Scott Tiemann and bassist Adam Yeargin keep the rhythms tight to help those growling guitars stay afloat. For their latest full-length release, lines, AVEC team up with producer / engineer J.
